Llais Cwm Taf Morgannwg are here to make sure your views and experiences are used by decision-makers to plan and deliver better health and social care services in your local area
We hear from the public in many different ways. We visit NHS and social care services to talk to patients, residents and carers. We talk to people at public events, and through community groups.
Our Advocacy Service helps people who want to raise a concern about care or treatment.
We use surveys, apps and social media to engage with our community, and we produce reports on what we've heard.

Cwm Taf Morgannwg CHC - Inpatient’s experience Report Ward C3, Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda
Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB and the CHC agreed that CHC members would meet with inpatients (and relatives) on Ward C3 at Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda, virtually (via an iPad, using Microsoft Teams), with the support of ward staff.
