We don’t just value the contribution our volunteers make by giving their time for free, we provide training and development, a variety of interesting roles, long-term as well as short-term and always flexible working arrangements to suit you.

We’re looking for individuals from within all of Wales’ diverse communities to gather people’s views and support them through complaints in a wide variety of volunteer roles:

Online Feedback Collector

Collating people’s experiences of health and social care services via online forums, review sites, social media and formal consultations – this is particularly do-able from home. 

Visiting Volunteer

You’ll attend health and social care settings on pre-arranged visits to listen to the views of people receiving the service and understand what they like and any areas for improvement.

Virtual Visiting Volunteer

Again, really do-able from home, you’ll meet people receiving health and social care services or their families/carers online to gather their views on the service. 

Community Engagement Volunteer 

You’ll join a Your Local Llais team to meet people online and face-to-face online out and about in the community to capture their views and experiences of local health and social care services. 

Representation Volunteer 

You’ll attend meetings and events on behalf of Llais, putting forward our viewpoint when required, taking a record of the meeting and feeding back relevant information to the wider Llais team.
